Used to be a great spot years ago. Recently taken over by old trolls that back the cars in and stare at everyone that drives up. Some will spend pathological lengths of time on the hill starting at everyone like catatonics. Not even trying to be inconspicuous. Trolls will also group up and camp out at the shelter all afternoon for mindless chit chat and this will go on for hours. Makes others nervous and people end up driving away. Most have given up completely and gone elsewhere.
