This the the white rock between Gnejna Bay and Ghajn Tuffieha bay (and not the White Rocks complex in Pembroke). It is ideal for nudism and you can hook up there and then swim to the rocks and do your thing in privacy. A lot of hidden caves nearby. Excellent in summer for younger crowds.
