Whipman Wood, behind the new Gateford estate, provides excellent cruising by opportunities. Plenty of wooded areas for privacy. Beware during the day as families and dog walkers are about. Wait at the edge of the pond near the roundabout at the David Wilson end - or wait at the end of Montford Road. The wooded areas are accessible from either end. On street parking available at either end of the wood.
