At daytime you can cruise near the funeral place Santa Barbara at the Sloterdijk side of the park. But most action is in the evening and till late night with a diversity of guys. Enter The Westerpark from the main entrance (Nassaukade/Haarlemmerplein) and turn left after 200 meter. Keep the lake on your right. Around the kid play/climbing area there are little house to meet guys and enough bushes and privacy. Also safe and very close to city centre.
