Been here before, not a bad spot tbh.
Just head in the toilet lock it and wait for someone to follow you up.
Afternoons around 3-6pm are best times.
Either wait to see someone go in then knock and wait or go in and wait 5 mins to see if someone follows you in.
If you see someone going in just wait 2 minutes to know they are waiting for someone to come knock on the door.
