Toilet on the right side after crossing the pedestrian bridge from Tochō.
Mostly active at night. Cubicles are opened at the bottom a bit and urinals are not side by side, but it’s ok for some action.
Some homeless people shower here, but they usually ignore/don’t care.

Beware of the guards, they go around the park grounds every now and then.
