Als je de parkeerplaats van de flat ziet, kan je rechtsom achter de flat langs. Hier kom je bij een klein beschut stuk waar je 's avonds en 's nachts lekker dingen kunt doen met andere boys. Het mindere van deze plek is dat er direct uitzicht is vanuit de achterste ramen van de flat op dit deel. Voor voyeurs en exhibitionists is dit geweldig, want een deel van wat er leuk aan is, is het risico om betrapt te worden. Als je hier niet van houd, is dit geen goede plek voor jou.
