One row of parking on TRU VALU side of the mall. No cameras, empty (unrented) store areas makes for a good place to fool around in a car.

Generally men use Grindr and then meet up at that location. It's safe, you usually just look around in case someone in coming too close to your car (generally people don't stop there however) so you will be fine.
