Toda a orla de Santos já foi um grande motel, mas hoje o pouco pegação rola na areia entre os canais 2 e 3 (Gonzaga), nas madrugadas de domingo a quinta, desde o momento que as luzes dos holofotes apagam até o amanhecer. Durante a temporada de férias (dez. até o carnaval e julho) e nos feriados há muita gente na areia a noite toda e não rola pegação. A ação mais nas noites frias sem chuva (só aparece quem quer pegação).
