Es la zona hotelera de Boca del Río, aunque ya ha desaparecido la playa, aún queda un pasillo que es aprovechado para cruising. Se ingresa por la estatua de S. S. Juan Pablo II y de ahí hasta el Oxxo; o viceversa. El mejor lugar está en la entrada casi frente a Plaza Pulpo a la mitad del recorrido.
