Nice nature area with benches that have an easy view of anyone that approaches. There’s also a small hut near the parking area. As soon as you park in the Perico parking lot, start walking down the path to the left, and then take the first right. Amazing secluded spot, lets you see and hear people that approach. Lots of action at all times of day.
