Parque bastante amplo, situado perto do Shopping Praia de Belas e estádio do Internacional. Movimento baixo, pouco maior à noite. Público varia bastante, rola gente voltando do trabalho ou do exercício na orla, pessoal mais velho e CD. Frequência aumentou um pouco recentemente em função do acesso novo à orla do Guaíb. Rola mais nas trilhas que ficam à direita e à esquerda da âncora. Todo cuidado é pouco, pois há muitas partes pouco iluminadas. Como o parque é muito aberto, tem que ficar ligado.
