Exactly what you're looking for, no cameras, hardly people parking there just to walk dogs. But you can park and walk a little in the area and be out in the open with no one in sight. Lots of coverage from the trees and bushes when walking past the parking area. There's a gate but doesn't seem to ever be locked.
