On sunny days ~May/October. From Mimizan Plage Sud follow the beach direction Plage Lespecier for approximately 1 km. First mixed nude bathing, then more and more men. Good for both nude swimming & sunbathing (be aware of dangerous waves). In the forest behind the dunes you can find discret places. Also good access from parking area Lespecier with partly nude walk on the beach (3 km) and better parking possibility.
