O local é propício por mais que seja um local de pavimento novo (casas vão se erguer ao decorrer dos anos então aproveite agora). A noite a intimidade aumenta tragicamente, de dia uma brincadeirinha, de noite da pra fazer aquele surubão gostoso todo mundo peladão. Já presenciei muita sacanagem nesse local. Lembrando que polícia as vezes aparece pra intimidar, mas depois de meia horinha só voltar lá que dá pra contínuas a putaria. Local vai muitos caras de carro e moto.
