Not in Poplar Bluff. Its 14 miles outside of Poplar Bluff. Open area with benches and playground equipment. But never closed to public. Very risky to do stuff here during the day almost impossible really. But its very dark at night time and way easier to be sneaky. Risky public play and car play. Bathrooms are at the park but not sure if they are accessible. Fisk, Mo Public Park. Not much traffic, low-medium privacy but not alot of people come here for cruising because Fisk is a very small town.
