Go all the way to the end of the road, there is a large parking lot and a public restroom. You will have to park and walk through the gate to get to the bathroom, but the gate is always ipen. This is a great restroom for cruising if u don't mind waiting a while. There's a large stall with a good amount of room for at least 3 guys.
