The park is well visited by all kinds off people, also kids during the day, so be careful. Late at night it's much more quiet and the spot is perfect for quick action if you are into public stuff. It's in a corner between a building and bushes. The building is actually a walking path/bridge, so you can get caught from different sides, also from above! But if you're into that... :-)
