Von der Münchener Str., stadtauswärts kommend, die Abfahrt Richtung A46 Wuppertal/Oberhausen nehmen und direkt wieder an der Universität abfahren. Dann einen Parkplatz suchen und in den kleinen Wald gehen. Es gibt einen Hauptweg am Naturschutzgebiet vorbei. Die Wege ins Wäldchen sind unbefestigt. Die Fußgänger und Radfahrer nutzen im Grunde nur den asphaltierten Weg. Entsprechend kann man sich im verwinkelten Wäldchen zeigen und Spaß haben. Großer Vorteil, die Uni ist nicht weit entfernt.
