If your not a member then you would have to pay 10 or 15 dollars to pay for the day. And when you do so. Ask for the mens locker room pass and the directions as well. It is very open but then yet not bad as well. It has a Steam Room along with side by side showers as well. The best times to go are around 5 or 6pm till about 8pm to which it's time to close.
