Pequena ermida implantada na extremidade norte de Valongo, dedicada a um dos santos com grande devoção na protecção das pestes: São Bartolomeu.
Construída sobre uma ara romana, dedicada ao Deus Alboco, visível na fachada sul. A dedicação a São Bartolomeu, aliada à sua fama de santo protector das pestes, explica a construção desta ermida num lugar pouco habitado.
