Contact your partner after 12:00 pm when Little Caesar's closes. No cameras around the back of the block of buildings, and no staff will come out and interupt you after 12:00. Keep an ear out for any cars or people coming around back, rarely happens but still be careful. If you see guys cruising and you're a cruiser yourself, wave to let them know what you're there for.
