Very close to Senso-ji Temple, this is the oldest of the three 24 Kaikan in Tokyo. Likewise, the customers tend to be above middle-age and it has its fair share of cross dressers. The layout is a little labyrinthine and the sauna facilities are cramped when compared to the other two. Only go if you are interested in very mature men and crossdressers and be prepared to be ignored.
