Picnic Site on the main A6 between Carnforth & Millnthorpe. Very quiet with general public (except for Sundays in summer). A good place to hook up without being disturbed.
Travel out of Carnforth on the main A6. After the village of Yealand Conyers take the turning on the right signposted Cinderbarrow Picnic Site.
Warnings: Watch out for families in summer on a sunday when there is a miniature railway in operation next to the site.
