 3RD street tunnel

There's a spot on west side of the tunnel that is covered by trees but the only thing is there not someone there all the time, its more like a hit and miss if your out walking your dog if your behind the shrubs on one side of the walk way it looks like someone cut a sopt out to mess around in at night you dont know its there and in the day time you can somewhat see it if your looking for it.
