In the shopping mall called "Ringstraßengallerien" there are 2 public toilets. The best one to choose is the one in the ground floor. Got to the information point. There you can find a staircase. Go downwards and you will find the public toilet in the basement. Be carefull, it is not frequently used but there are cameras in the staircase and the agent at the information point can see you enterin the staircase. So dont enter the staircase together to look suspicious. Also dont take to much time ;-)
