Park/natural area with paved biking path that connects to citywide trailsystem, unpaved footpaths into the woods, hillside, trees everywhere, 50+ acres, located adjacent to Whitehills Estates, only motor entrance is though the neighborhood which makes it feel like a private park, never busy, occasional biker passes through, no employees, there are so many footpaths to explore the woods, and plenty of fallen tree trunks that make for great spot to practice cruising, unlit at night.
