Is a great spot to go all day long when it's warmer out preferably when you want to go up on the hill you can find little nooks and crannies or me look for signs where you would find people cruising or were you think they would be in the mornings go to the parking lot just sit around and wait and give you get there around 4 or earlier on weekends and just wait for someone to pull in flashlights or hit your break pedal on Signal that you were there and ready to rock.
