Burns Lake Park is open all day & night, but rarely anyone there. Usually just guys taking their lunch breaks or cruisers in the evening & night. There is a bathroom that's always open which is nice but behind the bathroom building is where you'll find the cruisers on foot. All other cruisers will be in their vehicles parked at various spots. As you drive in, experienced cruisers will either have their parking lights on or will flash them when you drive by. Usually no cruising on soccer game.
