Between the statue and the cafe, there are two sets of benches. The area is very dark at night and surrounded by tall bushes. Nobody goes there after midnight and until the trams start working at 5:00 in the morning. I've jerked off there several times and it's a very good potential cruising spot. You can go there with a friend and have fun. It's in the center of the city, so it's safe, but you also need to be careful to not be seen by civilians.
