Near the outskirts of town, behind showgrounds near concrete plant. Mostly cowardly local alpha males who are too gutless to be the way they were born in town and looking for a cruising. Sometimes truckies, travellers. Behind the dirt mound for an open air experience or car/ truck job. Keep an eye open for the concrete workers though (most of them still have old values) and have an exit plan.
