This is a new place, very discrete, park your car and walk the Boardwalk at Sands Beach which leads to the Observation Tower, very private at night. Best to coordinate a meet-up with someone, otherwise there will be little to no activity. Great views from the tower, you look directly at Parris Island Marine Base.
