Just look for guys along Brownsville, if they're rubbing their crotch drive by again or walk by and make eye contact if the guy touches his crotch again that's the ok to talk and find somewhere to go give and get head possibly more that's up to you and them. Just be careful it's a major road after you find someone go somewhere away from the main Rd before you do anything.
