The bathrooms on all floors are cruisy, especially in the basement and on the 3, 4, and 5th floors.
The crowd is mostly PSU students and professors.
The bathrooms are small however, and the privacy is low, so it may be better to just meet someone here, and then go elsewhere. But it's up to you!
Best times: Around lunch and an hour before closing.
If you want to hookup, just go in one of the bathrooms and wait.
Tip: There are no partitions between the urinals, so that may be the best spot to be.
