El parque 3 queda ubicado cerca del Parque de los Fundadores, o respectivamente por detrás de las instalaciones de el Sena.
Es bueno para hacer cruising en el bosque o para el manoseo, su horario por lo general es en las tardes 4:00 o 5:00 pm, hasta las 6:00 o 7:00 pm.
También en las madrugadas puedes encontrar personas dando rondas por ahí, siempre es recomendable llevar cigarrillos o un encendedor ya que es la estrategia por lo general para armar plan y entrar al bosque, es el más visitado.
