The beach is often empty, and in a remote location. Off of 187 there is a place called Playa Monte Grande. The area I randomly met a few guys was just to the east. There are several turn offs that are sandy paths for vehicles to drive down and park out of the way. Don't park so others can't enter or exit, park off to the side. There is a main pathway that runs east and west along the coastline. Don't block this path either.
