Once you're on Yellow Rock Road, follow it to the end where there is a small hairpin turn carpark, right next to fixed picnic tables and benches. On the right there is a shelter, walk the track that pases it up towards the bushland. Follow the cliff line/track until you inevitable stumble across guys who want fun or someone sunning themselves.
